I am planning to build a residential extension and I would like to know if the construction drawings will include information about what material the walls will be built?
I have quite a bit of experience in building a house, but not so much in getting paperwork done around it. I want to build with AAC blocks. Also, do I need an architect who understands what it is and how to design the plans? Or will the architect only draw the boundaries and the materials are up to me?
I am worried if in the process I change my mind, ie. I decide to use ICF instead of AAC and I need new drawings and approvals. I live in the US, oh.
